Thanks to the optimum pressure for which the plant needs only 3.5 bar prevents the purchase of expensive booster pumps and have a greater water production compared to a traditional system.
Prefilters used are built with a particular and innovative manufacturing process for obtaining a product where highly qualitative performance required that ensures an efficient and accurate filtration of water impurities.
The professional pressure gauge for measuring the internal pressure of the circuit with double-bar psi scale is mounted on the bracket and ensures a constant and precise monitoring of wear and clogging of filters helping the operator in deciding on the exact moment for their replacement .
Water quality, however, is constantly monitored by the conductivity in ppm line that ensures you have a constant and accurate measurement in any water when produced without the use of portable instruments. TDS can be measured in incoming and outgoing water with the flick of a switch! Battery operated, no mains power is required.
The plant is equipped, in addition, a start-up system and membrane washing to start the apparatus in a controlled manner to avoid damage to the components and micro cracks to the membrane itself. The washing of the membrane system makes that it has a greater constancy and duration of benefits in terms of quality and quantity of produced water compared to conventional reverse osmosis systems.

Caution. The osmotic membrane contains a preservative solution. This solution is removed with the first water produced. Therefore, waste the the first 30 - 40 liters of water produced and each time it is replaced.

Maintenance:
