CARBOMAX - HYPERACTIVE MINERAL CARBON
 
 
CARBOMAX is a granular hyperactive carbon produced from selected qualities of mineral raw materials and activated through physical activation with steam in a controlled atmosphere.
Its particular form in granules allows a high adsorbent and absorbent power without any release of saturated substances.
Effective against a vast amount of pollutants such as medicines, pesticides, anti-glycogams, yellowing substances, heavy metals, water odors.
Indicated for the elimination of heavy metals in fresh and marine water.
 
CARBOMAX is particularly suitable for use with fluid bed filters.


The new inner package made of triple-layer aluminum allows perfect preservation of the product and also ensures that all chemical-physical characteristics remain unchanged over time.

 
Inside the package there is a filtering sock for the use of coal.
 
APPLICATIONS:
Filtering for the removal of pollutants, heavy metals, medicines, pesticides for freshwater and marine aquariums, ornamental ponds.
 
RECOMMENDED DOSES:
100 ml per 100 liters of fresh water or 50 ml per 100 liters of sea water.
For shock treatments double the recommended dose.
For use in fluid-bed or forced-flow filters, do not exceed the recommended doses and halve the dose during the first uses.
 
METHOD OF USE:
Use it in a filtering stocking or in a forced passage filter and before each use wash it with warm water to increase its effectiveness and to eliminate traces of residual dust.
Replace the product every 2 - 4 weeks.
The product may show traces of dust due to its granule form and the fact that it is not treated with chemicals that could be released into the water.
 
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS:
Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed contact a doctor. May cause eye irritation. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with running water keeping eyelids open.
 
STORAGE METHOD:
Store in a dry place away from sources of fire and heat, strong oxidizers and combustible materials.
