Please, we do not send to a PO Box address at all. We use a courier service to send all items.

Do you offer a express service? 

No, we do not offer a express service at all. We use Fastway couriers and we are bound to their delivery times. We do have all items in stock (except when shown OUT OF STOCK) so your items will be sent within 1 to 2 days after payment has been received.   

Why did I not get my order in the time frame shown on the order? 

That is a estimate from Fastway couriers to your location only. We still have to pull and pack the item. We do not guarantee a time at all. We believe our shipping is still under the fastest of Australian online shops as we do not have to order in any products, we have it in stock and normally send out the very next day.
