| What warranty do your products come with? | |

We believe our low prices need to be followed up by warranty. All items come with a 12month warranty except Globes, Glass and pump impellers & shafts. Customers will be responsible for all transport cost to and from us for all warranty claims. We will be responsible for cost between us and the factory or repairer. Please consider these costs before buying from us. |

| I have seen a particular product advertised cheaper elsewhere do you match prices? | |

Unfortunately we do not match price. We believe in giving you the customer the best price 1st up. Most other online shops will offer a price match when you catch them over charging you. We don’t, you save every time when buying from us.
